In order to find out why your ATM card is not work, we recommend reaching out to us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator assistance at 00+1-215-569-0518 from a non-mobile telephone. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to pin point the issue with your ATM card. If you're enrolled in online banking, you may also send us a secured message. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Please note the ATM card may not work when traveling if we have not received a travel notification. We recommend placing travel notification on your accounts. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may reach us at the telephone numbers provided above or you may send us a secured message as well. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
