If you are referring to your TD Bank Visa Debit card which is linked to your TD Bank Checking, to connect with us via telephone while you're in Mexico, you may reach us by dialing 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
Another convenient way to contact us while you are out of the country is to send us a Secured Message from within your Online Banking account. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and then visit the Customer Service tab. Please find the Send a Message link in the left column and message us with your concerns.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
