Please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator assistance at 00+1-215-569-0518. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can provide the assistance that you need. While you have us on the phone, you may place travel notes on your account, if you haven't done so already. Placing travel notes on your account will ensure that your debit card service receives little to no interruptions.
If you are enrolled for online banking, you may send us a secured message as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
