I am in need of both a personal checking account and since I am in the process of starting a new business, with corp to corp contracts, I will also need a business account. Is there any way that you all would be able to help me? What do I need to do?

Hey Deborah! Thank you for stopping by TD Helps and we appreciate you considering us for your banking needs.
If you'd like to open an account but have concerns regarding your credit history, we would recommend visiting a TD Bank Store during lobby hours to speak with a Store Representative to determine if you may be able to do so. Please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores to search for a TD Store near you.
If you prefer, you're also welcome to make use of our telephone and online options for opening an account. Please keep in mind that standard verification will be included in the new account opening process to determine if you qualify. If you'd prefer to open your account by phone, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives. Or, if you choose to open the account online, you may use the "Open Account" button at these links below to begin your application.
To take a look at our current accounts and see what may suit you, we encourage you to take a look at our Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd, or use our Checking account Selector at: http://bit.ly/KmmHe7. When opening the account, using any method you'll just need your Social Security number and a valid personal identification such as a Driver's license, State ID, or Passport.
We invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe for information about the Small Business accounts we offer. If you choose to open a Small Business account with us, you may do so by visiting your local TD Bank for assistance. When visiting a Store, if your business account is going to have multiple signers, please be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. All signers of the account will need to bring both a valid photo I. D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D., etc.) and their Social Security number. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8BEN form. You will also need to bring: the Tax Identification Number for the business, legal name, and physical address. For some more information on our Business Resources we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1k5RiNG.
