It is great to see you here on TD Helps, Maryann. To take a look at this information in greater detail, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1m9qQOk. If you have any questions about your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at our Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Since it sounds like you may be travelling soon, we recommend placing a travel notification on your account to avoid service interruptions while you're away. You are able to place a travel notification by calling the 24/7 number listed above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. If you are enrolled in Online Banking, another option to notify us of your travels is to send a secure message using www.tdbank.com and request the travel notifications be added to your account. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message, please include the dates and destination(s) you will be traveling. If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). By placing a travel notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu. You may also want to review our international travel tips frequently asked questions by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc . We'd also like to share that your TD Visa Debit Card is convenient, secure and rewarding - so you can shop and bank with confidence. You can use your debit card at millions of locations that accept VISA across the globe. When traveling, you can make an ATM withdrawal from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. If you need to contact us while you're away, you may do so by dialing (856)-751-9000. Additionally, you can call collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. You can also send us a secure message if you do not have access to a telephone while travelling. Hope you found this information helpful and have a great time in Puerto Rico.
