Please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 1-856-751-9000 or via collect with operator assistance at 1-215-569-0518. Once our Banking Specialists have verified your account information, they'll be happy to provide the assistance that you need. While you have us on the phone, you may place travel notes on your account, if you haven't done so already. Placing travel notes on your account will ensure that your debit card service receives little to no interruptions while away.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send us a Secure Message as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/ Debit card number, Social Security number and email address available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the number mentioned above. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a message." If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
