Thanks for your interest in TD Bank, William. We'd be happy to help.
Typically, estate accounts are established in the State in which the deceased individual lived. To establish an estate account, the Administrator would need to provide photo identification and a copy of the Death Certificate. Further documentation may be required however; it does vary depending on the state in which the account is established.
Because there are a variety of variables, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to hear from you soon, William and have a good afternoon.
