Welcome to TD Helps, Joann!
It's great to hear that you're interested in opening a Small Business account, and we'll be more than happy to help!
Here at TD Bank, we have plenty of accounts to fit everyone's needs. If you were interested in opening a Checking account for your business, feel free to use this link here: https://go.td.com/2lg0QHF, or if you believe that a Savings account may better fit your business needs, check out this link: https://go.td.com/2lLYIL4. If you're having trouble deciding, you're welcome to use our Business Selector Tool, which you can find here: https://go.td.com/2qddtcK. This will make a personalized recommendation for you after answering a few, simple questions!
If you have any questions about the products or services offered with a Business Checking or Savings account, and would like to speak with a live person, feel free to call 1-800-493-7562, option 2, to speak with a Small Business Banking Specialist, 24/7!
As always, you may also visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative about opening your new account. They'll be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, as well as make a recommendation for you!
We'd also like to provide a friendly reminder of some important things to keep in mind when you visit to your nearest Store location. If your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. Those who are going to be signers on the account need will need to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.), as well as have their Social Security number handy.
Additionally, if you are looking to open an LLC, there are some additional documents you will need to bring with you. One of the listed documents is required for account opening but you can bring more than one if you desire: The documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. You will also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution.
If you'd like, you're welcome to connect with your Store location before you visit to confirm what documentation may be needed based on the account type you wish to open. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helped, Joann! Please let us know if you have any additional questions, and we hope you have an amazing day.
