It sounds like the account you're speaking of may have been sent to our Recovery Department. If your account has been charged off for a sustained period of time, you will no longer have access to your account via online banking.
To contact our Recovery Department you may do so Monday through Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm at 800-742-2651. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hour and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives may be able to assist you.
