Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Michael. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
To avoid any interruptions to your TD Debit Card usage, we ask that you connect with us to place a Travel Notification on your account. You may do so by calling our 24/7 Customer Service Line at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists will be more than happy to help place a travel note on your account. If you prefer, you may also do so by visiting your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, another option to notify us of your travels is to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com, and request the travel notifications be added to your account. To send a secured message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message, please include the dates and destination(s) you will be traveling. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so for free by following the link provided here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
We'd also like to share that your TD Visa Debit Card is convenient, secure and rewarding - so you can shop and bank with confidence. You can use your debit card at millions of locations that accept VISA across the globe.
When traveling, you can make an ATM withdrawal from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule, https://go.td.com/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you use your debit card out of the country. If you are unable to find an ATM that is compatible, with the TD Bank Debit Card, it may be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance.
We hope this helped answer all your questions, Michael, and we hope you enjoy your vacation in Aruba.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
