Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Raymond. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Here at TD Bank, we offer multiple ways that may assist you in obtaining your statements. The fastest and most convenient way of doing so would be to access them through your Online Banking. Once you have logged into your Online Banking, which can be assessed by viewing the link provided here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, you may follow the steps provided below to obtain your statement:
1. Click on the accounts tab at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on.
3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement.”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
If you have not yet enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online!
You may also request to have your statements mailed to you via your Online Banking by sending a request through a Secured Message. To send a secure message, you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left-hand side, you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message please be sure to provide the dates of the Statements you are requesting.
Finally, if you are unable to access your Online Banking to view and print your statements, you may also make this request by speaking with a Live Customer Service Representative. They may be reached at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As you have stated that you are currently not in the U.S., you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Please note, you should expect to receive the copies in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
Depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/1cTejgt (located under “copies”).
We sincerely hope this helps, Raymond, and please enjoy your weekend.
