I am originally from PA but moved out to CA and I love TD and my account but cannot find any branches in the Los Angeles area. It may be time for me to get another debit card due to wear and tear.

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Keenan.
As your debit card is worn, you do have the option of requesting a replacement debit card.
You may request a new debit card to be sent to your address in California via Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab on the right and then the "Send a Message" link. If your address on file with us does not reflect your address in California, please include the following information: your full name, account number, the address that you would like the card to be sent to and this statement; "I accept full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address." Please be sure to include that you're requesting a replacement debit card in your message. Once we receive this information, we can send a new debit card to your current address in California.
If you have updated your address with us and we currently have your California address on file, you may call 888-751-9000 24/7 and a Specialist will be more than happy to assist you with ordering a new debit card.
Also, please know your current debit card will remain active until you've received and activated your new debit card.
We hope this helps and have a great day!
