Since my address changed in 2014, I could not receive my statement of account. I like to notice TD bank of my new address.

There are many ways to update your contact information. You can log into your online account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to get started. Once in, go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address." Here you can update and save your new contact information to be effective within 1-2 business days.
If you're not already registered for Online Banking, you can enroll your account here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Just have your Account Number, TD Bank VISA Debit Card Number and Social Security Number/Tax I.D. Number (TIN) available when you do. Please remember you must be enrolled for online banking for at least 30 days in order to submit your address change request via online secure messages.
Another option would be to mail in a request to update your contact information. Please feel free to mail your request into:

If you're looking to change your address on a TD Bank Visa Credit Card, it can be changed by calling a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861 or by logging into http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. After logging in you will need to click on "Services" and then choose the option to "Manage Credit Card." There you will see an option to "Update Address and Phone Number."
If you're looking to change the address for a Personal Loan, Home Equity Loan (HELOC), or Line of Credit, we recommend speaking with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist at 800-937-5020. A Change of Address form may be necessary before completing this request.
