Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to mark, New York
Hey Mark, thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question. We are happy to assist you today with your loan concerns.
Yes, you can apply for a Home Equity Line of Credit with TD Bank for a condo that you have. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1cJ2lJA for more information on all the different types of loans we have available. Please know that typically, our Home Equity Lines of Credit have a 10 year draw period followed by a 20 year payback period. And yes, it is possible to get a personal loan in that amount, but please remember that the amount approved for any HELOC would depend on a couple of things, including the value of the property and the status of any existing mortgage(s) on the property.
If you are interested in applying for a line of credit you may apply online using the "Apply Now" buttons through the link above, or you may contact a Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020, using Option 1. They will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and also help with the application process.
If you prefer speaking with a Representative in person, please feel free to stop by a TD Bank Store in your neighborhood during normal lobby hours. They will be also be able to assist you with your application. For hours and locations near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps, Mark. Have a wonderful night!
