To best assist you, we do ask that you contact us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After you connect with our Specialists and after account verification, we would be happy to see if we have any information regarding the deposit you were expecting.
You are also more than welcome to review your Online Banking account to see if the deposit was made. To do so, please log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen to see items from these time frames. If your deposit was made, it will reflect on your account here.
