She is 18, studying in Israel for a year starting in September. I don't want any foreign fees, enrollment fees, minimum amount or annual fees, or transaction fees. Can you help?

Thanks so much for joining us on the TD Helps community, Lisa!
We offer many different types of Checking accounts. Prior to opening an account we would encourage your daughter to view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/Wczmq0 or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a Checking account that best fits her.
There are several ways to open an account with us: online, over the phone, or in person. The documents that she will need to open the account are the following: Her Social Security number and ID (driver's license, State ID, or Passport).
If your child will be a full time college student and are between ages 18-24 years old, you may wish to click here: http://bit.ly/S8Vejp for more information on our Student Checking account as there are many benefits we currently offer, for example:
· No monthly maintenance fee or minimum daily balance requirement
· No monthly maintenance fee on a TD Simple Savings account linked to a TD Student Checking account
To open a Checking account, she may apply Online by visiting www.tdbank.com to take you directly to the account opening application. To open the account over the phone, she may call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and she will have up to 30 business days to make her initial deposit. Finally, she has the option of visiting us at any local TD Store to open an account. If she chooses this option, she will need to make an initial deposit to the account selected. There would not be a minimum requirement to open the account; however, some accounts have requirements in order to have certain fees waived. We would encourage you to review the link above prior to visiting a Store. For hours and locations near you, take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If your child does decide to open an account with us, we recommend contacting us directly shortly after the account opening process as you've mentioned that she plans on traveling. She may do so by using the 24/7 number mentioned above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. Our Representatives will be able to place a Travel Notification on her account to help prevent any interruptions in her debit card usage.
Our TD Visa Debit Cards are accepted anywhere Visa is worldwide. There are no additional fees for using a card while traveling, however, if she plans on making withdrawals from non-TD ATMs there may be fees applied based upon the account type she plans on opening. We invite you and your child to take a look at our Fee Schedule found here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We wish your daughter luck on her travels and endeavors!
