Once you've decided on which account is best for you, you can open the account via the internet by clicking on the "Open Account" box which will be listed at the bottom of each account details. To get started, you'll need the following: Your Social Security number, One of the following: Driver's license, State ID, or Passport.

If you are interested in opening a business checking account, you will need the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. If you are a non-resident aliens opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business.
