Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Christina! We're more than happy to help you with options to find your account number.
An easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you're not currently banking online, you're welcome to give one of our Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance with enrollment. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
If you're unable to log in for any reason or can't access our full site right now, don't worry because we have more options for you. If you receive paper statements for your account, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement. Otherwise, to obtain your account number you are welcome to visit any TD Bank store location during our convenient lobby hours. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
And as it sounds like you also need your routing number, please note that routing numbers are based on the State where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by state, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. You can also retrieve your routing number when you stop in to any local Store, or you can give us a call for this number 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Please note that although we can provide your routing number by phone, your account number is sensitive information and can't be given by phone or email message.
We hope these options are convenient, Christina! Happy holidays to you and take care.
