Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Christine. We'd be happy to help you order a new Debit Card.
You have the option of sending us a Secure Message via your TD Bank Online Banking to order a new Debit Card. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit Card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
After you've successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
You're also welcome to call us directly 24/7 by using the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to process your request and mail you a new card.
You should expect to receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit Card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Finally, your last option is to visit us at your nearby TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to help and you can even receive your new Debit Card immediately during your visit. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if your Debit Card is linked to a business account, to obtain a new card please stop by a TD Store for further assistance.
We hope to hear from you soon, Christine and have a good day.

IT WAS TURNED ON AT THE DESK OF THE PERSON WHO ISSUED IT TO ME, BUT SOMEHOW DIDN'T GET THOUGH THE COMPUTER YET.

Hi Michael. Thanks for reaching out to us.
It sounds like you may be having trouble using TD Debit Card Advance.
We're pleased to inform you that TD Debit Card Advance is added to the account. This means that when you get a new debit card, that service will already be active.
With TD Debit Card Advance, overdraft availability is determined electronically at the time of your authorization request. Some factors for acceptance are: the age of your account, the balance in the account, and the past number of overdraft occurrences. If you've attempted a transaction and the debit card is declining then you may have met the discretionary limit the bank will allow at this time.
If you have any additional questions or if you'd like us to confirm your enrollment in TD Debit Card Advance, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a great weekend, Michael!
