I live in California and there are not any store locations here. Am I able to have an TD bank HSA account and how would I got about opening the account?

We apologize if this causes any inconvenience, however; at this time, in order to open an HSA account with TD Bank, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store location. If you are ever in the area of a TD Store, we invite you to give us visit to open an HSA account. Please be sure to bring with you a valid photo I.D. as mentioned above.
