There are two real properties with mobile homes that have been vacant for four years plus the note has not been paid for that time period yet these properties have not been foreclosed? I have offered to purchase them over a year ago but that contract has since expired. The owner had offered to sell them on a short sale. These properties will soon be condemned as they are deteriorating. Can you assist not only for the bank to recover some of their loan but for me to purchase them?
