We offer a variety of ways to update the address on your account so you are able to choose the method that is most convenient for you! Also, your account and routing number will stay the same. The only thing that will change is your address!
If you'd like to update the address for one or more of your Personal Deposit accounts, you can request an address change 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be happy to help.
You may also send a request using Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the Customer Service tab, then under the Self Service section you can use the link that says Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address. If you'd prefer, you may also change your address by visiting a local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
You may also submit your address change by mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

For Business Deposit Accounts, you may also stop by a TD location, send a message using your BusinessDirect login here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, or send us a request through the mail, as shown above. Please note, for Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers, the request for an address change online must be sent under the Business name (not under one of the signer's accounts), or must completed at your local TD Bank Store.
To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling (888) 561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Your address change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
The change of address for a Personal Loan can be completed by calling (800) 937-5020 stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our Send a Message feature through Online Banking as above.
Unsecured Line of Credits and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling the number above.
Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
