Congrats on your move Chris! California sounds exciting. We truly appreciate your interest in banking with us even after the move. It is definitely feasible!
Although we currently don't have any Store locations in California, please keep in mind there are still ways that one can bank with us without the need to visit a Store!
First, we offer Online Banking to make transfers, pay bills and keep track of your spending. If you have not done so, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for Online Banking. You will need your account number and TD Debit card handy, along with your Social Security number. If you need assistance, please call us at 888-751-9000, after account verification, our 24/7 Banking Specialists would be happy to help! Once you have enrolled for Online Banking, you can then download our Mobile App, which allows you to bank on the go anytime, anywhere! To download this App, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile phone number for a text message of the link.
If you need to make a deposit while in California and if you have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more, you may use the Mobile Deposit feature via your TD Mobile App. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. Please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL. Or, you may feel free to mail in a deposit using these guidelines:

We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
Additionally, you can always check your balances, deposits and recent transactions by phone, you may simply dial the same telephone number listed above; this number is available to you 24/7. By entering your TD account number or debit card and then follow by your phone code, you will have access to listen to your account information via our Automated Banking System or to connect with a live Banking Specialist, please select "0" at any point during your call.
