Good evening and thanks for writing into TD Helps, Anthony! We'll be glad to assist you in regard to our Store locations.
Although TD Bank currently does not have a Store location in Oswego or the nearby area, we can provide some useful information on how you can still bank with us.
You'll be pleased to know that we offer convenient online and telephone services that you can use 24/7! Feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 as you'll have the option to speak with a live Customer Service Representative or use our automated service to retrieve account information such as your balance and recent account activity.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can service your account 24/7 as well and communicate with us via secured messaging. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message," which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
If you own an Android or iPhone, you can use our Mobile App to service your account and perform mobile deposits. Click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to download our app. We invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information on Mobile Deposit.
Another way you can deposit funds is through the mail. Please mail your deposit to:
TD Bank, N.A., ME2-001-033, P.O. Box Number 1190, Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail - Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same - Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only") - Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed - Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy - If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly - Do not staple transactions
You can also use a non-TD ATM in the NYCE network as well. You are able to make deposits, check your balance, transfer funds and withdrawal funds. Please note that fees may be applied for using a non-TD ATM. Click here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Personal Fee Schedule.
If you'll be in need of any service for your accounts that we haven't mentioned here, we invite you to give us a call 24/7 at the number first mentioned above, and we'll be happy to review any applicable options with you.
We hope this information is useful and enjoy the rest of your Sunday, Anthony!
