TD Bank indicating that the documents have been approved, but assuming that they have or will be, will I be able as the POA to manage her accounts using the online banking services that are available?

Good morning, Russell! Great to see you on TD Helps and we'll be glad to respond.
Once the Power of Attorney (POA) documentation has been added to your sister's accounts, you'll be glad to know that you can manage those accounts online. If you have your own accounts here at TD Bank, you'll be able to view hers alongside yours when logging in to Online Banking. If not, once your documentation request has been completed, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance in establishing the online account.
Typically, please allow up to 14 business days for your POA documentation to be reviewed and added to her existing account(s). We do recommend checking with the TD Bank Store you visited for a status of your request, and check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find the contact number for that location or the address to stop in, or, you're more than welcome to call us at 24/7 at the number listed earlier for any help you might need.
Great talking with you, Russell and hope this helps get you set up! Best of luck and take care.
