Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Melvin! We'd be more than happy to guide you in the right direction to have your questions answered.
Since you're having trouble resetting your password for your account, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562 for assistance after account verification. We do understand that you're outside of the US and so we'd like to provide you with another way you may contact us! You have the option of calling collect from a landline phone at 215-569-0518 with operator assistance or at 856-751-9000, 24/7.
You're always welcome to visit any local TD Store during lobby hours to request an instant issue TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card. For Store hours and locations in Miami please check out: http://bit.ly/1vMPOKo.
As you're not planning to be in the US for the next few months, we'd like to let you know that you have another option besides waiting to visit a TD Bank Store in order to receive a new TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card. Once you are able to log-in, you can request a new debit card to be sent to your address overseas through your Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab on the right and then the "Send a Message" link. In your request, please include the following information: your full name, account number, the address that you would like the card to be sent to and this statement; "I accept full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address." Once we receive this information, we can expedite a new debit card to your current address.
In regards to your question about an internet application to accept payments into your account, we would need some additional information so we may answer this for you. Please reply, with further detail and include if this is for a personal or business account.
We hope this helps and have a great day!
