Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Robert; we hope your night is going well so far. We'd be happy to help provide options on how to obtain copies of your most recent statements.
If this is pertaining to your personal accounts with TD Bank, to obtain monthly statements for your TD deposit account, whether a Checking, Savings or Money Market account; you may request to have your statements mailed to you by calling us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with a Banking Specialist. You should expect to receive your statements at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office. Depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
Just in case you'd like to enroll for Online Banking and have a TD Bank debit card, you may follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7. When calling our Banking Specialists at the number listed above, we will require account verification, for security purposes.
If you would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password.
In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also obtain a copy of your statements while you are at your local TD Bank location.
We hope this helps and please enjoy the rest of your night!
