Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Nancy. We are sorry to hear about your card and would be happy to help.
If this is pertaining to a Debit Card which is linked to your TD Checking Account and based on the information you provided, there may be a hold placed on your card because we were not notified that you would be using your TD Debit Card outside the United States.
We encourage you contact us by telephone to have the hold removed and your debit card notated immediately. To contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. If you have not enrolled and would like to, please call us 24/7 at using the numbers listed above to enroll in Online Banking.
If this is regarding your TD Credit Card, we ask that you connect with our Credit Card Specialists. To call us from outside the US, please dial out International toll free number at 706-644-3266.
We hope you understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal account information as this is considered an unsecured forum.
We hope this helps, Nancy. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
