I live in U.S. but have a TD account in Canada. I opened a u.s. td bank account because I am hoping it will facilitate transfer of funds from my Canadian account to my u.s. account. Please explain 1. cost for each transaction 2. what exchange rate will be used and 3. amount of time to expect for transfer to happen?
Further. Are there any arrangements I need to make with Canadian bank and with you?
