Hey Monique! Thanks for checking out TD Helps today, we're glad to guide you in the right direction.
There are a few ways that you could order checks. We'll explain to you in details.
If you're already enrolled for Online Banking, you can order checks right through our site by following the steps below:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks'' You can also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by your nearest TD Bank location to order your checks. For a listing of TD Stores, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have a business account with us and currently enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may reorder checks by logging into BusinessDirect from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Go to the “Service Center” and select “Order Checks”. However, please do not order online if you're placing your first order of checks or have a change of address. Instead, we ask you to call us at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank. After your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started and also place your check order.
If you cannot get your checks at a decent time, you can withdraw funds at a TD Bank Store with a Teller or at the ATM with a Visa Debit/ATM Card. To get a Visa Debit/ATM Card you have the option of stopping by any TD Bank location during lobby hours and pick one up within five minutes!
We hope this information is helpful, Monique! Take care and have a wonderful night!
