If you have a TD ATM/debit card and are looking to place travel notes on your card so that you don't run into any acceptance issues while out of the country you may certainly send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking. To send a secure online message, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address.
Additionally, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line while you're out of the country by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518 to have a Banking Specialist place a travel notification on your accounts.
We want to make sure your trip is as stress-free as it can be, and we'd like to share with you that cards bearing the Visa logo are accepted at locations all over the world. However, please be sure to carry more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.

If you haven't placed travel notes on your account prior to leaving the country and are having trouble using your debit card, we ask that you contact us at the numbers provided above for further assistance.
If this is in regards to a TD Credit Card, we ask that you contact TD Card Services from out of the country by dialing 706-644-3266.
