Hello, Sean, welcome to TD Helps! We are sorry to hear about your difficulties and would be happy to help.
If this is in regard to your TD Debit card which is linked to your checking account, you may call us while you're outside the United States by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. If this is regarding your TD Credit Card, you may call us toll free at 706-644-3266.
Once connected with our Specialists, they would be happy to review your difficulties and provide further assistance. Additionally, you mentioned you were currently out of the country; please keep in mind - when traveling, we always advise for you to provide us with the dates and destinations of your travels so we may notate your account. Sometimes, even when a note is placed on your account, our automated advanced fraud early warning systems may block your debit card until we are able to verify the transaction with you. When you are speaking with our Specialists, please provide your travel dates and destinations so we may input this information for you to avoid any further interruptions.
We hope this helps and have a great one, Sean. Please let us know if you have any other banking questions.
