Hi- I am living in Spain and I disconnected my cellphone in US, as I have a new one here. I need to make a transfer from my TDbank checking account to my bank in Spain. Can I do it by only using my email for verification? If you need my cell phone, would my cellphone in Spain do? Thanks

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Carmen.
As you are trying to make an International Transfer from your TD Bank account to your Financial Institution in Spain, your best option would be to complete an International Wire Transfer. In order to do so, this transaction would have to be performed inside of a TD Bank Store. Since TD Helps is not a secured forum, we are unable to access your account information; however, if you have a second signer on your TD Bank account who is currently located in the United States, they will be able to initiate this Wire Transfer for you.
If you are unable to perform an International Wire Transfer, we do have a couple more options available for you. Your first option would be to use your TD Visa Debit Card that is currently linked to your Checking account, to withdrawal the funds needed from an ATM located in Spain. For more information on the daily limit amounts when using your Debit Card, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ (Pages 46 & 47).
If you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit, you can call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist you with this request. You can also send us a written request via fax. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, and please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
Your final option would be to use your own personal check attached to your Checking Account, which you would make payable to yourself, and then deposit into your Checking Account in Spain. We recommend reaching out to your local Financial Institution for more information on the process and availability of accepting a check from a Foreign Financial Institution, such as TD Bank.
We hope this helps, Carmen, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
