If you wish to communicate with us via secured online messages, you may first sign in by using your user name and password via this link for retail online banking user http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and this link for Business Direct online banking user http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. After logging into your online account, on the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank Debit Card and know your account number, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Digital Banking specialists who are available 24/7. Please note, when calling our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
Additionally, we'd also like to let you know, to contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
