First, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum. Because of this, we are unable to access your account information, but we'll be happy to get you in touch with someone.
The first and easiest way is to contact a Banking Specialist by phone. They may be reached, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000. Or, as you have stated that you are overseas, you may also contact us by calling collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. To contact us from any country outside the United States, please first dial 011 and then follow by the numbers provided above.
Another option you have is to contact us by Secure Email using your Online Banking. To log in, please click the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you are not yet enrolled, don't worry! To start the enrollment process, please click here https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, ATM or Debit Card number, Account number, and a unique U.S. email address in order to complete the enrollment process.
Once you have successfully logged into your account, to send a secure message, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. You can also send a secure message using the TD Bank Mobile App downloaded on your smart phone. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
