I want to have the title company wire the money directly to my td savings account. I am currently living in Massachusetts and there is a TD bank near me.

Thanks for bringing your question to TD Helps today, Rosetta.
Based on your concerns, it sounds as if you are looking for instruction on how to receive a domestic wire transfer into your account. If this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help!
In order to receive a domestic wire transfer you should provide the following information to the financial institution sending the wire:
Wire to: TD Bank
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Credit To/Beneficiary: Your full name (exactly as we have it listed on your TD Bank account)
Beneficiary Address: The address we have listed on your TD Bank account
Account#: Your full TD Bank account number
It's important to note that we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires, and they will be returned to the sender.
When sending or receiving a wire transfer, fees may apply. For a full list of current fees, including wire transfers, please review our most current Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
