Prior to traveling, we recommend placing a travel notification on your account to avoid any issues. To place a travel notification, you can call our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting your local TD Bank Store. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours check http://go.td.com/TDStores. If you're already in Saudi Arabia you may call us abroad by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone. If you are enrolled for Online Banking, another option would be to send a secure message and request the travel notifications be added to your account. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left, you'll see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. Please include your travel destination(s) and travel dates. If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, account number, and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any issues.
