How do I order new checks? The number that is on the re-order form, and the website both do not recognize my account info.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Adrienne.
If you're trying to order checks for your TD Bank account, we recommend contacting a Banking Specialist. You are able to do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visiting any TD Store or sending a secure message online.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you choose to send a message, be sure to include the account you're ordering checks for as well as the starting number of your new checks.
Please know that if you're attempting to order checks for an account with another financial institution, we recommend reaching out to them directly for help.
We hope to hear from you soon, Adrienne. Have a good day.
