Based on your question, it sounds like our customer needs to update their mailing address. We recommend returning the mail to your local post office and writing the following statement on the mail, "Return to Sender." If you happen to know our customer, please have them give us a call 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518.
