Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Christine. We apologize for any confusion with your account and are glad to point you in the right direction for assistance.
On some of our accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of the account statement cycle.
Because we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Customer Service Representative would be happy to review your account with you and determine why the fees may have been assessed.
If you prefer, you're also welcome to send us a Secured Message for additional information. To do so, you can log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Thanks again for your question, Christine and we hope to talk with you soon. Take care.
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
