I was wondering if you have any international partners in Spain where I can withdraw money without getting charger a fee?

Thank you for writing in, Mikayla! We're glad to hear that you have the opportunity to study abroad and we'll provide some useful information.
While you're studying abroad, you can make an ATM withdrawal from any ATM machine that displays the VISA or PLUS logo. Please note that fees may apply when using a non-TD ATM. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you use your ATM debit card out of the country.
Many ATMs outside the United States limit withdrawals to Checking accounts only. You can always use TD Bank Online to transfer money from your Savings account to your Checking account should you require more funds.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or collect by dialing 00+1-215-569-0518 from a non-mobile telephone to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at the telephone number listed above to have a Customer Service Representative place travel notification on your accounts, if you haven't done so already. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking as well. Please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu. You may also want to review our international travel tips frequently asked questions by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc .
We certainly hope this information is useful. Come back any time that you have a question, Mikayla and have a great semester!
