If your account is locked and you cannot log in, we recommend contacting us by phone. You may do so anytime by dialing 856-751-9000 while you are overseas. You may also call collect from a landline phone with operator assistance by dialing 215-569-0518. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be happy to help you log back in after they verify you and your account information. For the security of your account, we would need to speak with you personally in order to assist with your online account regardless if one or both of your parents are joint account holders. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
