Good evening, Michael and thanks for connecting with us! We'll be glad to let you know more about how you can prepare for your trip.
If you plan to travel outside of your general area, we recommend contacting us with your travel information to prevent any decline to your cards while you're away. You can do so by calling our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and we will be happy to place your travel notification.
Another easy way to set a travel notification is to send us a Secure Message from your TD Bank Online Banking account. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq with your User Name and Password. You can then send us a secure message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, and using the Send a Message link. Please include your exact travel dates, destinations and any connecting flight information if applicable.
Just in case you'd like to use your TD Bank Visa Credit card while traveling, please call 888-561-8861 to place your travel notification 24/7 with a TD Card Services Representative.
Please keep in mind, a travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
