I am traveling and need to activate my ATM card for Spain and Morocco

We'd like to share that cards bearing the Visa logo are accepted at any locations VISA or NYCE are accepted all over the world. However, if you have a TD Bank ATM-Only Card, it can be used for withdrawals at any ATM which uses the NYCE network. You'll be able to look for the NYCE symbol on ATMs in Spain and Morocco to determine if you'll be able to use your TD ATM card there.
If you haven't left yet on your trip and you have a Checking account with TD Bank, you're welcome to stop in any TD Bank Store near you to obtain a Visa Debit Card during your visit. If you have a little more time, you can also contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and have a Debit Card mailed to your address on file, which typically takes 7-10 business days.
Please keep in mind that as you plan to travel, we recommend contacting us before your trip with your travel dates and destinations. You can do so by calling our Customer Service Line directly at the number mentioned above, and we will be happy to place your travel notification.
A travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set.
