Great question, Courtney! We'll be glad to provide the ways that you can leave travel notification on your accounts.
We'd like to begin by saying that letting us know about your travel plans is a great way to lessen the chance of any service interruptions you may have during your travels. With that being said, you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours or send us a secured message through online banking to place travel notes on your account. If you choose to visit us or call us, our Banking Specialists can place travel notes on your accounts, after they verify your account information. If you're enrolled in online banking, you can send us a secured message with your travel plans.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. In your message, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
If you've already left and are traveling internationally, no problem! You may reach out to us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator assistance by dialing 00+1-215-569-0518 from a non-mobile telephone.
Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc and http://bit.ly/1fO8wKy for tips on international travel and FAQs.
Hope this helps answer your question, Courtney and have a great trip!
