Thanks for stopping by at TD Helps, David!
Please note as you would be more than welcome to make a deposit to your account, and you do not need to notify us to do so. However, we ask that you place a Travel Notification on your account to notify us on any account transactions you make using your TD Visa Debit Card.
To place a Travel Notification note on your TD Bank account we recommend calling our Customer Service Department directly at 1(888)751-9000. You can also visit a local TD Bank Store; please take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores for nearby TD Bank locations. Please note as we would like to assist you with your request here, we do not have access to your personal/account information on this unsecured forum.
Another option would be to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notifications be added to your account. To send a secured message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
If you are not enrolled for online banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, his account number, and his e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).If you need assistance, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7, also at the number listed above.
Additionally, we also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
We hope this helps and please do not hesitate to write back if you have any further questions. Enjoy your travels!
