When traveling, you can make an ATM withdrawal from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you use your debit card out of the country. If you are unable to find an ATM that is compatible, with the TD Bank Debit Card, it may be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance. However, please contact us prior making the withdrawals or purchases if you have not yet notified TD Bank about your travel.
We encourage you contacting us by telephone to have your debit card notated immediately. To contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
You may also notify us with your travel plan by sending us a Secure Message through your Online Banking. To send a secure online message, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
