Thank you for coming to TD Helps, Jean.
If you have an automatic transfer established via your TD Bank Online Banking account, you may update the amount to be paid using these steps:
-Log in to your online banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the Transfers tab at the top
-Click on the green Scheduled Transfers tab
-Find the transfer you'd like to change and click on the Edit link
-Make any preferred changes
-Click on Save Changes
If you need any assistance with this process, feel free to reach our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and we'll be glad to help.
Kindly note that as there are many types of recurring payment methods, this may not be the one used for your auto payment. If the payment is for a company you may be paying via TD Bank Bill Pay, or if you're using our PopMoney of External Transfers features, please reach us at the number just mentioned. Or, if this is in regard to a loan you may have with TD Bank and your payment is not set up via your online banking account as above, just give us a call 24/7 at 800-937-5020 for assistance. For our TD Visa Credit Cards, reach a Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
Please note that if the payment is set up directly with the third party you're paying, kindly contact them to change your auto payment amount.
For any other questions at all, just reach one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or come see us! We're available at all the Stores locations at the hours found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if you have any other questions and have a nice day.
