what do I click to change my password, I look for the reset or change button but there is nothing there. changing your password is very important and should be up front and easy to find ,instead of looking all over the web pages and searching how to change your password which is important.

Hi Robert, thanks for connecting with us at TD Helps. We're glad you came to us with your Online Banking concerns.
If you're able to log into your TD Bank online profile, it's very easy to change your password. First, log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 if you have a Business Direct account with us). Next, navigate to the Customer Service tab on the top panel. Under the Self Service heading, you can change any or all of your login credentials by following the on-screen prompts. While creating your new password, please remember the following tips:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces.
-Your password should be unique – memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone.
-Avoid using names, dates, or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.).
-Use a password that differs from your other banking, email, and social media accounts.
-Change your password frequently to prevent unauthorized access.
If you're unsure of your current Password and not currently able to log into your Online Banking profile, you can still reset it through the following link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, follow the 'Trouble Logging In' link below the Password field on the login page. After selecting what type of account you have, you can enter your Username and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (or Tax I.D. number if a business). Lastly, after answering two of the Security Questions from your online profile, you can reset your Password.
If you have any trouble with these steps, or are unsure of what your current Username is, please reach out to a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (or 800-493-7562 option 2 if you have a Business Direct account). Or, if you'd prefer to get further assistance in person, you can always stop by your local TD Bank Store found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Just step in during lobby hours and we'll get you back online in no time!
Hope this helps Robert. Have a great day!
