I am trying to dispute a charge on my account for a car rental through economybookings.com. I have difficulty hearing and would prefer to express myself via email or chat so I can be very specific and detailed in my description of their total ineptness at canceling my rental and charging us triple for a replacement rental involving less of a vehicle, and less perks (ie additional driver for no extra fee, insurance waiver, etc.).

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties with a merchant, John. We'll be glad to review your options!
Since you prefer writing to us rather than calling, we'd like to introduce you to our Secure Message option. This is available via your Online Banking account when you log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After doing so, you can click on the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Feel free to write the details of your dispute so that we can assist you via message. Kindly note that we may need additional information for the claim and if so, we'll correspond with you via that method regarding this info.
If you're not enrolled yet in Online Banking, you'll be glad to know that this is an easy, three-step process that you can complete on your own! To do so, you'll need your account number, your TD ATM/Debit card number, Social Security number and email address to begin, and you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and after the three quick steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your accounts online. You can then follow the steps above to send us a message.
As another option, you can also stop in to any of our Stores to file your claim. We're available at these locations and times: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you need assistance with online banking enrollment or with sending us a secure message as above, we can also help at your TD Store.
Additionally, we apologize that we're unable to determine from your message whether or not you have attempted to resolve this issue with the car rental company directly. Kindly note that in order to file this type of claim with us, we'll need the details of your attempt at resolution and if you haven't contacted them yet, we'll ask you to do so prior to filing the dispute.
